Apostille on a death certificate

• Apostille endorsement on the original document.
• Translation of the document (apostille first, then translation, as the apostille is issued in the state language and also needs to be translated).

IMPORTANT! An apostille on a death certificate is placed exclusively on the original. The apostille is attached to the original document and certified with a stamp. In case it is impossible to submit the original, we provide a service for obtaining a duplicate document, on which we will affix the apostille.

REQUIREMENTS FOR ACCEPTANCE OF THE DEATH CERTIFICATE FOR APOSTILLE ENDORSEMENT:

• Absence of lamination;
• Absence of significant damage to the document;
• Absence of stamps and seals of other government agencies on the reverse side of the document;
• The document was issued in the territory of Ukraine and no earlier than December 2015;
