How to order the service?
Make a request
- Come to our office or send a request by e-mail or any messenger with a message about which service you need.
- Send a photo or scan of the document that needs to be translated or which need to be apostilled or legalized, etc.
- Indicate the desired date of document have to be ready.
Get a calculation
- Get an accurate calculation of the cost, deadlines, as well as instructions on what additional documents you need to send or take with you if you plan to come to our office.
Order and pay
- Bring the documents or send them by mail, if this service requires originals. If the originals are not needed, send the additional documents in accordance with the instructions sent by our managers.
- Pay the full amount or an advance to start work. The remaining balance is payable upon completion.
Get ready documents
- Upon readiness, our managers will call you or notify you via messenger.
- On request - we make scanned copies of the finished documents. It's free.
- Pick up the documents from our office yourself or specify a trusted person who will pick them up, or write the details of where to send the documents in Ukraine or abroad.
