Apostille for a certificate of criminal record

Apostille is a stamp of the relevant ministry confirming the authenticity of document issuance. It is needed for submission to the institutions of foreign countries.

An apostille stamp on a non-conviction certificate (extract) is affixed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.

If your last name has changed, you must also indicate the previous (maiden) name in Ukrainian language. And send all these documents to us by email or any messenger.
  • or come to our office with the original, copy or scanned copy of your passport and order there.
