What is your work schedule? I want to come to your office, do I need to make an appointment?

We are waiting for you at offices in Dnipro and Kyiv city from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (break from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.).
We work without an appointment.

We provide consultations and online orders every day, including weekends, from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Can I send and/or receive the documents by post? Can another person submit (order) or pick up the documents?

Yes, you can. Our company receives and sends dozens of documents every day by the Nova Poshta service in Ukraine and by international mail (DHL, Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta).

1. To receive data for sending - write to us in any messenger or call. You choose the delivery service.

2. Sending ready documents within Ukraine is paid by the recipient. If you need us to pay for the shipment, you will need to notify us about this and pay the cost of shipping at postal service rates.

3. Sending ready documents abroad is paid only by the sender. This is provided by the terms and conditions of the postal services. Thus, after notification that your documents are ready, you need to write us the data for sending, including the zip code, we will clarify the cost and delivery time. After payment for shipping, we send the documents. By Nova Poshta: if payment is received before 16.30 - on the same day, after 16.30 - the next day. Ukrposhta, DHL - within 2 working days
 


Another person (not the owner of the documents) can either pick it up or submit it. It will be necessary to inform the manager that another person will pick up the documents when ordering or notifying about the readiness of the documents.

And if the documents will lost after sending by mail?

If you decide to receive or send documents by mail, then in any case there is a risk. Our company is responsible only for the quality and timeliness of the services provided.

Thus, after the shipping document has been provided, the delivery service is responsible for your documents. For our part, we always monitor the shipment, provide information about the expiration of the storage period, the arrival of the parcel or its location.

Do I need to pay an advance for the service? And if I don't get the documents. What is the warranty?

Our company works exclusively on the advance payment system. Unfortunately, companies are also not immune to the fact that they will provide a service, and the client simply will not come for the order.

Thus, the advance is a guarantee to us and the translators that the order has been accepted and the translation can begin. Our company will provide a refund if the service was not provided.

 

Can there be a delay in processing the documents?

Yes, there are cases when documents may be delayed. We cannot give a 100% guarantee that they will be on a specific date, as there are many circumstances of force majeure (natural disasters, military operations, etc.) and legislation, according to which government authorities can delay them upon request in an additional inspection.

Reasons for which documents may be delayed:

1. presence of doubts of the ministry regarding the legality of the document (fake document)
2. presence of a criminal record, being wanted, suspected of committing a criminal offense, etc. (regarding obtaining a certificate of criminal record)
3. air alarms (ministries do not process documents during them)
4. technical problems with access to ministry registers
5. obtaining duplicate documents that were issued in the temporarily occupied territory
6. official holidays
7. military actions
Do you keep the made translations?

Yes, the translations that you once ordered in our company are stored in our database. Therefore, if you need to additionally make another notarized copy of this translation, another certification with our seal, then you will not pay for the re-translation.

We keep certified translations for 2 years. Therefore, if you only needed a scan of the translation when ordering and you do not plan to collect it, the document will be destroyed after 2 years.

How to calculate the exact cost of translation?

The cost of translation is calculated for 1800 symbols. with spaces, that is, it is 1 translation page. Such a system is introduced because the documents are different, sometimes there is a large interval, somewhere less, different fonts. Therefore, it is possible that there may be up to 3 translation pages on 1 actual page. You can calculate the approximate cost here.

In addition, the cost may be higher depending on the urgency and complexity of the topic. That is why, for an accurate calculation, you need to send a photo or scan to our managers, who will tell you the exact cost.

What is required to order a criminal record certificate? Can a foreigner get a certificate? What is the guarantee of obtaining a certificate of criminal record? And if I won't get the certificate?

To order a certificate, you need to send a photo or scan of your passport (1, 2 pages + page with registration), if the ID card - a photo or scan on both sides and a statement about your place of residence. Write why you need the certificate and where you will present it (in Ukraine or abroad). If the last name was changed, it is necessary to indicate the previous (maiden) name in Ukrainian. If a certificate is needed for a foreigner, we need his passport (1 page) and full information about his place of birth. These data can be sent to any messenger.

We make a certificate of criminal record with a wet seal, this is the type of certificate required for provision abroad and affixing an apostille stamp. A certificate from Diia will not do. During the entire time of our work, there has never been such a case that the certificate was not received, but in the case of a criminal record or the request of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for an additional check, the certificate can be delayed for 2-3 days at most.
