Non-marriage declaration

One of the mandatory documents for registering a marriage abroad is a declaration of non-marriage, our clients also sometimes call this document a certificate of personal status or a certificate of non-marriage.

Also, some countries, on the contrary, require a certificate of marriage.

Such a document is made only for presentation on the territory of other states, so it must be apostilled (legalized) and translated into a foreign language and notarized.

Step 1.If you are in Ukraine, to pre-register to obtain a declaration and come in person with a passport of a citizen of Ukraine and an identification code.

If you are abroad – You need to send a photo or scanned copy of page 1 of your international passport.

Step 2. For persons who were previously married, it is necessary to additionally send a certificate of dissolution of the previous marriage or a court decision.
