Legalization

Legalizationis a procedure for confirming the authenticity of documents or certifying the signatures of the officials who issued the document, as well as the authenticity of the impressions of stamps or seals that were affixed to the document. Legalization is carried out by power of attorney.

Consular legalization consists of 3 stages:

  1. Legalization of the original or copy of the document (depending on the type of document);
  2. Legalization of translation;
  3. Certification of the document at the consulate of the state in which the document will be provided.

In accordance with the type of document – the corresponding stamps of the ministries are affixed to the original or copy.
