Apostille on a passport
An apostille on a passport is a confirmation of the legal validity of a Ukrainian citizen's passport or a passport for travel abroad issued by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to recognize its legality in foreign countries.
This type of signature is necessary in cases when you intend to use your passport abroad for various purposes, such as job hunting or opening a bank account.

What is needed to order an apostille on a passport?
You provide us with either the original passport or a certified copy
An apostille is placed on a copy of the passport, certified in accordance with the law.
IMPORTANT! If you need to apostille a passport for another person, the presence of the owner is not mandatory. You can also send the documents by mail.
Choose the apostille issuance term
An apostille can be issued from 1 working day in an urgent manner and up to 10 working days non-urgently.
If a notarized translation of the passport is needed – order it
You will need to provide a photo or scan of the owner's passport, in case the internal passport of a Ukrainian citizen is being apostilled.
If a double apostille is needed – order it
The second apostille is placed on the notarized translation.
