Invitation for foreigners

Any citizen of Ukraine or a person who has a temporary or permanent residence permit in Ukraine has the right to invite citizens of another country (relatives, friends) to stay in Ukraine. To do this, you need to draw up an invitation.

Such a document is drawn up and signed by the inviting person. After this, the document is handed over to the foreigner, and on the basis of this he can come to Ukraine. You can invite for 1 year, but a foreigner can stay in our country for no more than 90 days.

WHAT IS REQUIRED FOR THE ISSUANCE OF AN INVITATION FOR A FOREIGNER?

• To pre-register for drawing up an invitation
• To send in advance your passport and TIN, the passport of the foreigner you plan to invite
• To arrive at the appointed time with the originals of your documents
• To pay and obtain the completed document.

Such a document is made on the spot. The completed invitation must be sent in its actual form to the invited person.
